At NATO Strap Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Straps

  Place the unworn straps in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
